I am bipolar. I was so when I was a young man. I'm approaching 60 years. I've been in therapy for many years. There have been setbacks and time spent in the hospital. There were good times. Before I got a good treatment I left a trail of emotional, professional and relational distress behind me. He broke into other people's lives, as it did my own.I did not know what to expect from this movie. This is an incredibly accurate travel into the consciousness of BP patient. This shows the disease outside, too. It is amazing in its accuracy. Mood disorders, detachment from reality, an inability to learn from past mistakes there. Here is a guy who is so messed up he is in the hospital. It is released under the care of their parents. He improves physically still can not see what he has done what he is now and what the future holds with any reality.There and other situations in the film, which reflects BP's life. There are job losses, broken relationships, unlimited optimism, anger, and a feeling that no one understands you. But he has not even understand myself. He thinks he is the only sane person around. He is in complete denial still goes along with medication alone to get on with others.The obsession with his ex-wife makes him. All he does is make yourself look desirable her.Then has a trigger hair and a penchant for violence, which eventually gave it to the hospital. He has a belief that he sees more clearly than anyone else. There is also a hatred of drugs and believe that he does not need our tools, there is hope. There is no miracle cure. There is a negotiated peace between her illness and the way it has to be to survive in the world.The only thing I felt was missing crushing depression. But I understand it. Depression makes for lousy movies. The film is strictly for manic life who want to be better, but can not accept that he is ill with a dead center, you normal.If bipolar and under control, see this movie! If you live with or deal with BP to see this movie. If you do not treat, you will not get it because BP clouds mind.My new wife and I went to see him. Ahead I told her that I had a mental illness. She still married me. She is a medical professional with an understanding of the disease and treatment. After the film, she asked me what I thought.I told her that I was a little afraid to tell her that the picture is spot on and I've seen it all, like all before.But have bipolar, I would have it to be known that I had never been so bad. In truth, I was .... but we humans do not handle the reality of the BP well.
