Review:
Improper start is with a cuff. Nicola is one of my favorite writer / director. In fact, one of my favorite movies Gattaca, which has been so badly treated over the years since its release. Man hes was a great writer of fiction, so this is something I expected from quality.Alas, sometimes real sci-fi thinker. He paints a world where time is money. This does not mean that a new idea, but Nicolo is successful metaphor as a commodity. Those many who do not have time leaves much to be desired. Its simple analogy. As Niccolo other film movie beautifully. The best actors in the movie arent the main characters, and Cillian Murphy, Vincent Kartheiser, and (not surprisingly) Alex Pettyfer give a more interesting character. They shine, especially Murphy. The film looks like one long car chase, what you really want to delve into the problem - most characters are discussions about the world they live in more than one intellectual conversation going on between any of the questions. Murphy's a great actor, and I would be curious to see good and evil turns gray in a matter of thinking in the debate. Life is not black and white. The end of the movie is not real, and I wonder whether this was the end or the end of the Niccolo provide producers wanted to increase sales. Unfortunately, this film could have been so much more. He had a good topic. He had some great players, but it failed because the story has lost nuance and complexity to satisfy the lowest common denominator rather than questioning or make the audience think critically.
