It is not a film 10 stars, but it is a fun ride with the action that makes for some defects in the ground and the flow of history. The best aspect of this film is almost constant action and cycling wild on the streets of New York. One of the elements that were new to the screen and were highly functional sudden stop action to make split-second track of a decision messenger / biker. Choices (usually three), which must be made at this time. Bad guy in the movie is bad and very believable. So if you are looking for a thrill and a funny movie, then go see it.
